False advertising the idea that the exfoliating rub balls up dead skin when in reality it’s just a product that balls up when rubbed over the face. Completely misleading and a pathetic company.
I loved using lumin products I used it for months but recently I’ve been using it and my face has been burning / stinging from the products I’m not sure if my skin is just too sensitive or what it is but it’s very strange as I’ve never had an issue with it before.
For this reason unfortunately I have to find products for sensitive skin, anyone with super sensitive skin like myself I suggest the trial before buying it.

The customer support is great along with their products. Value for money!
The shipping company lost my package but the Lumin support team was able to identify the problem immediately and get a new one headed my way in no time at all. Also their products are wonderfully effective.
The website itself has issue but email support was really good.
The shipping is slow as f*** and the products are way too small to be a every 3 month thing and when my stuff got lost in the mail all they did was resend it still with the same slow ass shipping which takes almost 2 weeks and gave me a cheap ass f***ing towel
Well actually I order my products and it’s said 3 to 5 working days but then seem didn’t come to me and the payment went through and I haven’t got my items all I want to replacement my order that’s y it I don’t have any complain or anything
I have tried the Lumin trial kit. The products seem of a good quality , even the small black pots they come in feel premium. However they are expensive for what they are and I am not really seeing any difference in my skin. I am using the classic maintenance kit as it suggests.
Lumin also don't make it easy to cancel your subscription and for the UK though they don't charge shipping, they do not add the taxes charges until they very end, making the final price you have to pay unclear.
However I'd rate them 4 stars as it clearly works for some people and the customer service they offer is really good.

I sent a email 27.02 about my order and I have still not gotten a response from you. The website states that the response time is 2-4 weekdays. I have also tried to cancel my subscription long time before the 30 days trial but I'm not allowed to do so because of a free gift. To get this free gift I have to order 3 non free products so this blocks the cancelation of my subscription. But I simply wish to cancel it and stop any further shipping of products. I don't want a free gift!
The trial products is still at the post office. I was told to pay 25$ customs fee. There was NO information regarding this when I startet the 30-days free trial.
There isn't any issue for you guys to respond to reviews here. So why can't you do the same on email?
There are really good product for my skin face care.
I never received the product as lost 35 day later I moved so arranged new address and they wanted to charge me due to the change of address - shocking service given it's a trial they're rolling out to everyone. Also won't refund me what they lost and will reclaim back from the postal service I'm sure. Very poor service and experience. Lost a potential customer for life.
ADDITIONAL TO YOUR GENERIC RESPONSE: Your email states that it was lost so not 'couldn't find address' or 'NOBODY WAS IN' you confirmed it was lost with no tracking info. Couldn't even find a way of doing so. Me moving should have nothing to do with it as the address was correct so shouldn't be punished for this by not only not receiving anything but paying for it. I was looking forward to using the product, suppose i will never know.
So if your courier couldn't find the address where is it? I'll pick up from the depot! let me know and i can sort this out
Lumin products have been great to my skin. The cleanser an exfoliating rub make me feel clean and smooth, and I love the moisturizer.
